We have Two properties that are pet friendly (The Steadings & No.46). Unfortunately we do not allow pets in any of the other properties.
No, we don’t collect a security deposit. We do however keep your credit or debit card used to pay the balance of your reservation on file until you check-out. These details are held until the cleaning team confirms there is no incidental damage. We will Notify you with-in 24 hours of check out if there are any instances of damage before we charge the card.
We allow free cancelation up to 30 days prior to check-in, after this point we retain the 25% deposit if cancelled up to 10 days before arrival. 100% of the reservation is retained if its 10 days or less before arrival and if no one shows up by midnight on the day of check-in.
